For The Black Friday Event we have partnered with our resellers globally. This means that you can still buy your Arbortec, Treehog and Kask products via your preferred reseller at great prices.
All you need to do is select your prefered reseller from our Reseller list, and a 26% discount will be automatically applied to the checkout.

HOW TO ENTER THE COMPETITION?
Over the black friday period you have the chance to win a £200 Arbortec voucher. The 3 winners will be announed on the Tuesday the 1st December.
To enter the competition all you need to do is sign up to our news letter.
The Black Friday Event will be run on our Arbortec Events website. This website will be live 26th November at 9AM GMT.
For black friday prices all orders must be placed via www.arbortecevents.com
This means that the Black Friday discount codes won't be accepted on arbortec.com

I'VE MADE A MISTAKE ON MY ORDER, CAN I CHANGE IT?
Once an order is placed we are unable to make any amendment’s. This includes order details, like changing sizes or colours, adding products, and also altering your shipping address. You may be able to amend your address using the courier self service options once your order has been despatched. In this instance, we'd recommend proceeding with your order and returning any items you no longer wish for.
Alternatively, if you'd prefer to cancel your order in its entirety, please send our Customer Support Team a DM. Where possible, they'll try their best to action a cancellation for you!
PLACED MORE THAN ONE ORDER, CAN I COMBINE THEM?
If you have placed multiple orders, we are unfortunately unable to combine these or refund the shipping charges.

CAN I RETURN ITEMS?
Arbortec will Accept, for return or exchange, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damages by the customer. For a full refund or exchange, please contact us within 30 days from the receipt of original order. The items must be returned with all the Arbortec tags still attached and must be in their original packaging such as shoe boxes and clothing boxes. Your Item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. All costs associated with returning products are your responsibility.
