Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, including issues with stitching, zips, metalwork, and soles. It does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage.

Yes, you can register any Arboretc product purchased from an authorised reseller. Just ensure you have your proof of purchase available during registration.

Your product is eligible if it was purchased within the warranty period (12 months for footwear, 6 months for clothing, coats, socks, knitwear, and bags) and shows defects beyond normal wear and tear.

Unfortunately, a proof of purchase is required for warranty claims. Please contact the retailer where you made the purchase to request a copy.
