DESCRIPCIÓN DEL PRODUCTO:

Diseñados específicamente para la industria ferroviaria del Reino Unido, los ATHV4040 Breatheflex Pantalones anticorte para ferrocarril están confeccionados para cumplir las exigentes normas de seguridad y visibilidad necesarias para trabajar junto a las vías. Estos pantalones aprobados para trabajos ferroviarios cumplen con RIS-3279-TOM Issue 2 (2019) y EN ISO 20471, para garantizar que esté seguro, visible y cumpla la normativa durante todas las operaciones junto a las vías.

Todo se reduce al peso y al rendimiento de los pantalones, confeccionados con polímero de alta tenacidad y Kevlar®.

La capa exterior de los pantalones está fabricada con tejidos transpirables Climasphere, que también ofrecen una gran resistencia a la abrasión y a los enganches (algo imprescindible para los arboristas), mientras que la elasticidad en seis direcciones proporciona los pantalones anticorte forestales más cómodos del mercado.

La zona de la entrepierna está fabricada con Kevlar® para evitar desgarros, y el tejido extremadamente elástico permite la máxima libertad de movimiento y flexibilidad en el árbol.

 

CARACTERÍSTICAS Y VENTAJAS:

  • Costuras reforzadas en las zonas de mayor tensión: - Fabricación más resistente para unos pantalones más duraderos.
  • Refuerzo de Kevlar en la parte inferior de la pierna: - Resistencia a abrasiones, como las causadas por espinas y ramas.
  • Sistema de cremalleras YKK de calidad en la bragueta y todos los bolsillos: - El sistema de cremalleras está diseñado para soportar un uso intensivo y prolongado.
  • Cremalleras de los bolsillos orientadas hacia abajo.
  • Forro reforzado alrededor del tobillo: - Reduce el desgaste causado por los ganchos de los cordones de las botas.
  • Los bolsillos cargo y para el teléfono tienen una solapa doble plegada: - Evita la entrada de virutas y polvo.
  • Abrochador elástico para los cordones de las botas: - Reduce la entrada de serrín en las botas.

Los ATHV4040 son pantalones de diseño C (protección contra motosierra en la parte delantera y trasera de la pierna) y la protección está homologada según:

  • BS EN ISO 11393-2:2019 Clase 2 (24 m/s).
  • BS EN ISO 13688:2013+A1:2021
  • BS EN ISO 20471:2013+A1:2016 Clase 2.
  • RIS-3279-TOM Issue 2, 2019 para ferrocarril
  • Diseño C: protección integral contra motosierras
