Warranty & Returns Information

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Arbortec gear. Whether it’s the wrong fit, a change of mind, or a rare manufacturing issue, we’re here to make the process smooth, fair, and hassle-free. Below you’ll find all the information you need to return, exchange, or make a warranty claim.

Returns / Exchanges

If you need to return or exchange an item, we’ve made the process straightforward. Just make sure your item is in original condition and contact us first for authorisation.

  • Arbortec Forestwear will accept items for Return or Exchange that are in a resalable condition i.e., brand new, unworn, unaltered, tags/labels attached and free of damage, within 30 days of order receipt.
  • Items must be returned with original packaging, such as shoe and clothing boxes.
  • All items will be inspected upon receipt of the return and prior to a refund or exchange.
  • We aim to process refunds and/or dispatch exchanges within 3-5 business days once the original item is received.
  • International customers: We do not offer a free exchange service outside the UK. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

To arrange a Return or Exchange please contact us at support@arbortec.com and provide us with your Order/Reference Number. We will then take you through the returns process.

Important: Please do not return any items before you have contacted us and received an RMA number/ Returns Authorisation

Our Warranty

In the rare event of a product failure due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace the item under warranty.

Your Warranty Period starts from the day of purchase:

Warranty Exclusions

General Wear & Tear 

Natural ageing or deterioration from normal daily use.

Extreme Impact or Hazardous Use

Damage from severe incidents, even during intended use (e.g. chainsaw strike)

Misuse, Neglect, or Improper Care

Use outside the product’s intended purpose or care guidelines.

Modification

Any changes made to the product after purchase.

Unauthorised Repair

Repairs carried out by anyone other than Arbortec or authorised partners.

Accidental Damage

Unintentional harm like cuts, burns or punctures not linked to manufacturing defects.

Second-Hand Products

Warranty applies only to the original purchaser with proof of purchase.

General T&C’s

  • Issues brought to our attention within 30 days of receipt will be eligible for Exchange, Repair or Refund at the customers discretion.
  • Arbortec Forestwear reserves the right to offer a Repair or Replacement at its discretion for items over the 30 day period up to the listed Warranty Period of the item.
  • If a product is no longer available or discontinued, we reserve the right to replace the item with a suitable alternative of the original value and/or specification.
  • We are not liable for any products replaced, exchange or refunded by a retailer at their own discretion prior to a claim authorisation by ourselves in writing.
  • When returning any items, please ensure the item is clean and dry before sending it back, as we’re unable to accept items that do not meet these conditions.
  • Any rejected returns will be held for 30 days from the point of receipt whilst awaiting collection to be arranged by the customer. After this time, we reserve the right to dispose of them.

Register your Warranty Claim

To begin a warranty claim, please email support@arbortec.com with the following information:

  • Your details – including your full name and postal address, contact number, and email address.
  • Proof of purchase – this must show where the item was purchased, the date of purchase, and a description of the item, including size and colour.
  • Photographic evidence, including:

In most cases (approximately 90%), claims can be resolved using this information. If a more detailed assessment is needed, we may request the item be returned. If so, an RMA/Returns Authorisation will be provided.

Please do not return any items without an RMA number.

Note: This warranty and returns policy is provided in addition to your legal rights under applicable consumer protection laws. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
