DESCRIPCIÓN DEL PRODUCTO:

Los pantalones para motosierra Breatheflex de Clase 1 se lanzaron al mercado en 2014 y han incorporado varias mejoras desde su lanzamiento inicial, basadas en sus recomendaciones. Esto incluye trabillas adicionales para el cinturón en la parte delantera, que evitan que los pantalones se suban o bajen al llevar cinturón. Además, la solapa rígida de sujeción de los tirantes en la parte trasera de los pantalones se ha modificado y ahora tiene una superficie mucho más pequeña y suave.

Los pantalones son ligeros y cómodos, y se han fabricado para ofrecer la máxima transpirabilidad posible, manteniendo una buena resistencia a la abrasión y un material de bloqueo de calidad.

Breatheflex incorpora polímero de alta tenacidad y Kevlar® para garantizar que los pantalones sean lo bastante flexibles para trabajos de trepa y tala, al tiempo que ofrecen una protección completa al utilizar una motosierra. La capa exterior de los pantalones está confeccionada con tejidos transpirables Climasphere, altamente resistentes a la abrasión y a los enganchones, y su elasticidad en seis direcciones proporciona unos pantalones para motosierra increíblemente cómodos y duraderos.

La zona de la entrepierna está fabricada con Kevlar® para evitar desgarros y con un tejido increíblemente elástico que permite la máxima libertad de movimiento y flexibilidad en el árbol.

Los pantalones están disponibles en Diseño A (solo protección frontal), Diseño A Plus (protección frontal y hasta la mitad de la parte posterior de la pierna) y Diseño C (protección integral).

Al limpiar y secar estos pantalones, asegúrese de secarlos siempre al aire o colgarlos en un armario ventilado. ¡NO LOS SEQUE EN LA SECADORA!

NOTA IMPORTANTE: El EPI es esencial al utilizar una motosierra. Asegúrese de llevar siempre todo el equipo de protección puesto en el lugar de trabajo. No se arriesgue a perder una extremidad o la vida.

 

CARACTERÍSTICAS Y VENTAJAS:

  • Costuras reforzadas en zonas de alta tensión: - Mayor resistencia para unos pantalones más duraderos.
  • Refuerzo de Kevlar en la parte inferior de la pierna: - Resistencia a la abrasión, por ejemplo, de espinas y ramas.
  • Sistema de cremalleras YKK de calidad en la bragueta y todos los bolsillos: - El sistema de cremalleras está diseñado para soportar un uso intensivo y prolongado.
  • Cremalleras de los bolsillos orientadas hacia abajo.
  • Forro reforzado alrededor del tobillo: - Reduce el desgaste causado por los ganchos de los cordones de las botas.
  • Los bolsillos cargo y para el teléfono tienen una solapa doble con pliegue: - Evita la entrada de virutas y polvo.
  • Sujeción elástica para los cordones de las botas: - Reduce la entrada de serrín en las botas.

El AT4050 es un pantalón de Diseño C (protección contra motosierra en la parte delantera y trasera de la pierna) y su protección está certificada conforme a:

  • BS EN ISO 11393-2:2019 Clase 1 (20 m/s).
  • BS EN ISO 13688:2013+A1:2021
