Founded in 1992, Arbortec Forestwear has grown from a specialist manufacturer into one of the most trusted names in professional arborist PPE. Every product we make, from chainsaw trousers to protective boots, is engineered to protect without compromising performance, comfort, or individual style.

Today, Arbortec supplies climbing professionals, groundwork crews, and forestry contractors across more than 60 countries. Our headquarters in Swaffham, Norfolk, is home to our design team, product development specialists, compliance leads, and the people who live and breathe the Tree Life every day.

We are based at Turbine Way in Swaffham, Norfolk, with free on-site parking available. Use the map below for directions or get in touch directly before your visit.

Visitor Guidelines

To ensure your visit runs smoothly for everyone, please take a moment to read the following before arriving at the Innovation Centre.

1. Bring your confirmation email
Please carry your appointment confirmation (printed or on your phone) as it will be required at reception on arrival.

2. Photography and filming
You are welcome to take photos and film within the premises. However, all recording must be approved by a member of staff in advance. Please ask at reception on arrival

3. Allocated time slot
Visits are scheduled within a set time window. Please plan your journey so you are ready to depart at the end of your allocated time. Extensions cannot always be accommodated.

4. Cancellations and rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours (2 working days) before your appointment by email or phone so we can offer the slot to others.

5. On-site parking
A dedicated 55-space car park is available free of charge directly on-site. Please note that Arbortec accepts no responsibility for the security of vehicles or any damage incurred whilst on the premises.

6.  Accompanied access only
Visitors must remain with their designated Arbortec host at all times. Unaccompanied access to production, testing, or storage areas is not permitted.

Note: All visit requests are subject to Arbortec's Facility Use Policy. Approval is at Arbortec's discretion and is limited to visits consistent with the purpose of the Arbortec Innovation Centre. Submitting a request does not guarantee a confirmed appointment.
