While I'm not accustomed to such a slim fit, the sizing chart was accurate for my 31" waist, placing me perfectly in a size small. Though the fit will take some getting used to, the stretchiness of the fabric ensures complete freedom of movement without any restrictions.

    I bought this jacket on recommendation of an ambassador. I have never felt a jacket that keeps warmth inside but is also able to let enough fresh air blow trough. As someone who is always to warm for a jacket and too cold for standing still. Only downside is that the jacket is just a size to small for me but besides that i am really happy with my purchase.

We have a stock level indicator on every product page, allowing you to see the availability of items before making a purchase.

What are your return policies?

We accept returns or exchanges for items in brand new, unworn, and resalable condition within 30 days of order receipt. The original packaging should be included where possible. Kindly contact support@arbortec.com for further details.

When will I receive my order?

Delivery times depend on your location:

UK: 1-2 business days

EU & Ireland: 2-3 business days

USA & Canada: 1-3 business days

Rest of the World: 4-5 business days

Do you have approved retailers?

Yes! We have a network of approved
retailers, and you can find your nearest store through our Find a Reseller

Do you provide a warranty?

Yes, our products come with a manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship:

Footwear: 12 months

Clothing, Coats, Socks, Knitwear, Bags: 6 months

The warranty covers faults such as stitching, zips, and soles but does not cover normal wear and tear or accidental damage. If your product fails within the warranty period, you can contact us, and we will take you through our warranty process.

Is express shipping available?

No, we currently do not offer an express shipping option.

Can I purchase an item I saw at your retail location that is not on your website?

We recommend checking with the retailer directly, as they may have exclusive products not listed on our website. However, you can explore our full range online or contact our support team for assistance.
